Gregg Nicholas is a REALTOR for most any part of New Jersey, specializing specifically
in the Essex, Passaic and Bergen county areas. A licensed REALTOR since 1989,
Gregg joined RE/MAX Village Square in 2003, prior to joining the Village Square
Realtors, Gregg owned his own real estate business specializing in rental properties in
Bergen and Passaic Counties. He currently serves as team leader of The Nicholas
Team of Village Square and is assistant manager of the Montclair office.
With the kind of know-how that comes from over 25 years in real estate, Gregg can
handle it all – the most complicated sale needing special financing to the simplest rental
lease. He can help you find the perfect pizza or the best plumber anywhere in the area-
he’s been known to help clients paint, clean up a yard and wait with a client for
contractors to be sure the job gets done. You'll be hard-pressed to find a REALTOR with
a more enthusiastic or positive attitude. Gregg loves what he does...and it shows!
In his spare time, Gregg enjoys golfing, watching the Yankees and fishing for striped bass
along the Hudson River and Jersey shore. He has also participated in his share of 5k
runs around New Jersey and has completed the Packanack Lake (Wayne, NJ) Triathlon
A current resident of Montclair, Gregg is originally from Harrington Park with many years
of experience as a rental business owner in Clifton and North Arlington. He is a member
of the 100 Club of Montclair and The Giblin Association.
